Patrick Henry Estates

Our older neighborhood is a very small and quiet network of narrow streets, courts and dead end streets with 148 homes. One cannot drive “through” our neighborhood. It is located ‘behind’ the Wal Mart/ Staples shopping center, off Rt 340, on Patrick Henry Way. There are many original owners, retired residents, young families and multi-generation families in our modest neighborhood of mostly small ranch homes. A high percentage of our residents commute out of Charles Town each day to jobs in Northern Virginia, Frederick, Martinsburg, Hagerstown, Washington, DC and Baltimore.
